Exercise is a vigorous and consistent physical movement.Exercise includes jogging,cycling, swimming,sports and many more.Exercise help to burn calories in the body.Thus our body will be healthier.Everyone from any group should exercise.Exercise should be carried out at suitable places such as garden,park or at the gym.We should exercise consistently to stay in shape.
Balanced diet is a diet where someone eat according to the nutrients that his or her body needs.For example,a construction worker who needs more energy has to eat more meat as he requires more calories for his body to burn.On the other hand,a student has to eat less meat because ha needs less energy as compared to a construction worker.We must understand the food pyramid and eat accordingly.We must practice balanced diet to stay healthy.
